About Model United Nations

In early August, I took part in Weland Model United Nations Expo 2015 in Beijing.
I learned a lot in this great activity. The most important thing is corporation. In MUN, you can’t do anything alone, every thing must be voted before doing it. In essence, MUN is a communicating activity, so it’s pretty important to get along well with others. In fact, it’s not so formal as real international communication, so leaving a good impression to others will help you a lot in voting, making blocs and so on.
MUN is also a good chance to improve independence. You must make decisions and debate with other delegates all by yourself. So you have to learn how to deal with these problems.
Outside the violently sessions, there are also many relaxing activities to have fun. The most interesting part is the delegates’ GALA. It’s an exciting evening party full of music and dance. You can make many friends there.
